Installation instructions

1. Click on the Download Now button to download the YouSendItOutlookSetup1_0_12.msi file to your chosen folder.
2. Close Microsoft Outlook if it is running.
3. Double click YouSendItOutlookSetup1_0_12.msi to begin the installation.
4. Click on the Run button and follow the installation instructions.
5. By default the plug-in will be installed in
"C:\Program Files\YouSendIt\YouSendIt Outlook Add-in"

To send files directly from Microsoft Outlook

1. Start Microsoft Outlook.
2. Click on the YouSendIt toolbar button and fill in your username and password if you already have an account with YouSendIt service. If not, you can click on the Sign Up for YouSendIt Service to register for your own account.
3. Select the uploading preference to decide when to use YouSendIt service for uploading attachments.
4. Start attaching a file with your Microsoft Outlook and try to send it out. Based on your configuration in the previous step, Outlook may automatically send your email using the YouSendIt service or you may elect to confirm using the YouSendIt service.
