இன்று சேகுவராவின் 80ஆவது சிறார்த்த தினம்

உலகின் மிகச் சிறந்த கிளர்ச்சியாளராக இன்றுவரையில் போற்றப்படும் சேகுவராவின் 80 ஆவது சிறார்த்த தினம் இன்று அனுஸ்டிக்கப்படவுள்ளது.

கியூபா, ஆர்ஜன்டீனா உள்ளிட்ட லத்தீன் அமெரிக்க நாடுகளில் சேகுவராவின் சிறார்த்த தினத்தை வெகு விமரிசையாக அனுஸ்டிக்க திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அன்றைவிட சேகுவரா இன்று மக்கள் மத்தியில் வாழ்வதாக குறித்த நாடுகள் கூட்டாக அறிக்கை வெளியிட்டுள்ளன.

எல்லா கிளர்ச்சிகளின் போது உச்சரிக்கப்படும் நாமமான சேகுவராவின் உயிர் 39 ஆவது வயதில் இந்த உலகைவிட்டு நீங்கியது.

அநேகமான கிளர்ச்சியாளர்களைப் போன்ற சேகுவராவின் வாழ்க்கையும் குறுகிய காலத்திற்கு வரையறுக்கப்பட்டது.

மூன்று கண்டங்களில் வெடித்த கிளர்ச்சிகளில் சேகுவாரா பங்களித்துள்ளார் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

கியூப புரட்சியை வெற்றிகரமாக முன்னெடுத்த பிடெல் கஸ்ட்ரோவின் மிக நெருங்கிய அரசியல் நண்பராக சேகுவரா திகழ்ந்தார்.

1928ம் ஆண்டு ஜூன் மாதம் 14ம் திகதி ஆர்ஜன்டீனாவின் மிசியோன் நகரில் சேகுவரா பிறந்தார். அர்னேஸ்டோ கேவரா டிலலோசனா என்பதே அவரது இயற்பெயராகும்.

சே எனும் மருத்துவப் பட்டத்தை சேகுவரா பெற்றுக் கொண்டார்.

1967ம் ஆண்டு ஒக்ரோபர் மாதம் 7ம் திகதி பொலிவியாவில் இடம்பெற்ற கிளர்ச்சி ஒன்றில் சேகுவரா கொல்லப்பட்டார்.



Che remembered on 80th birthday

Argentine revolutionary Ernesto Che Guerra is being remembered in Argentina, Cuba and other Latin American countries on his 80th birthday today (June 14th).

These nations said in a joint statement to mark the occasion that the visions of Che are more alive today than when he was living.

Like all revolutionaries, he had a short life – his politics resulted in his being executed at the age of 39 years.

However, he gave leadership and support to communist campaigns in three continents before his untimely death.


Che - which means friend - was an influential figure in the successful Cuban revolution and had a very close relationship with Fidel Castro.

Born on 14th June 1928 to a middle class Argentine family, he graduated from medical college from the University of Buenos Aires.

Che set out in his revolutionary politics with the communist revolution in Guatemala.
He was captured and executed in La Higuera on 07th October, 1967 while leading revolutionaries in Bolivia.
